Poster

– Poster dimensions are: 70cm x 100cm, vertical size
(total available space for each panel is 1,00 mt x 2,00 mt)

– Posters have to include a picture and contacts of the presenting author

– Posters (text and graphics) should be easily readable on A4

– Poster hanging: 3rd July

– Poster dismantle: 6th July

– It will not be possible to print your poster on-site*

*Organizing secretariat printing service

The service cost is € 45,00 and includes:

– poster printing
– poster packaging
– delivery to the conference venue
– poster storage at the conference venue

The service has to be booked and paid online within 15th June.
We accept only payment by credit card or PayPal, it won’t be possible to pay on-site or by bank transfer.

The poster has to be sent in pdf file (high solution) to congressi@avenuemedia.eu no later than 20th June.
